Returns

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food, supplements, or perishable products.

How to Return

  2. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
